Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, & Guam are shipped UPS 2-Day.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE POLICY
I do not give refunds, as all my jewelry is made to order. I will accept returns for exchange, if the jewelry is unused and in its original, excellent condition. It must be postmarked within 7 days of when your package was delivered to you, and you must exchange your item(s) for other jewelry that equals the cost of your original item(s), or you can exchange for items that do not equal the full amount and receive a credit for the remaining partial amount of original item(s). This credit is good for three (3) months.
Customer pays the postage for returning an item. Put the jewelry in a hard box and send it USPS Priority Mail or UPS with a tracking # and insured for the original, full cost of the jewelry.
Jan Peyser Jewelry, LLC is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit.
