Return Policy
Refunds: Naturally, we hope you will be thrilled with the piece(s) you receive from Jan Peyser Jewelry, LLC; however, if you would like to return your jewelry, the piece(s) must be in its original, unaltered, excellent condition, and you must send it within two weeks (14 days) of the date you received your order. Returns sent after the two week period will not be accepted.
To make the return, first fill out the Contact Us form and request an authorization number for the item(s) you are returning; then, you will be given an address where you will send the secure box, prepaid, insured, and with a confirmed tracking number*. Jan Peyser Jewelry, LLC reserves the right to inspect the returned item to be sure it is in its original, excellent condition. If the returned item is not in its original condition, and if it is damaged or shows evidence of having been worn, a refund will not be given.
Note: The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. *Jan Peyser Jewelry, LLC is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
